Theres many medical reasons why baby can be born early and its not necesarrily the mothers fault if shes not self inflicted starting labour then it can't be helped.

Me for example: My son was born at exactly 40 weeks on his due date. He was the perfect pregnancy. Never had a problem.
My daughter I had her at 39.2 weeks because I was in soo much pain with her. Starting around 20 weeks I couldn't walk, sit, stand or even lift my leg; Even Sleeping hurt really bad. Some day's I couldn't get out of bed to take care of my son. They say my sciatic nerve was pitched which caused thw pain. so I was induced. I had her in May and I still have the pain in my hip's it hard to walk
Some women have issue's she can't help
