Exercise okay?
Hello!
I'm in my first trimester (6 weeks, 4 days) and was curious to hear thoughts on how active I can remain during these first 12 weeks. I'm a fitness instructor (side job) so I've always been very active. I don't want to stop that if I don't have to and I feel totally fine to keep doing it. But I want to stay safe of course. Any thoughts would be helpful!
