Anyone else immediately able to get pregnant after going off the pill?

Hubby and I decided to start trying for our first. I was on the pill for about 7 years, went off for about a year, and then went back on for about 6 months due to acne. Now I am off it again and am wondering if anyone was able to conceive right after getting off birth control. I have been taking ovulation tests and still haven't gotten a positive result, but I am still technically in my "fertile window". Any input to ease my paranoia would be much appreciated 😊
