So I've never worn make-up , only mascara and lip balm, but I really want to start buying make-up.
I feel like it'd be fun to wear for a girls night, however I know nothing about it !
I need to know what stores to go to
I have MAC, Sephora and Ulta near my home.
Which would be best to go as a newbie ?
Also what are some must haves ??
