I need suggestions some help

I know even I ovulated I took multiple ovulation tests that day all positive 3days before my period was dues I had light brown spotting not bleeding next two day's i bled then I spotted lightly for two days on and off barely anything except when I wiped I tested the first day before any bleeding it was negative my question is should I retest since that wasnt a normal period for me at all
