Will vitex really help .

I just diagnosed with pcos.  I am making alot changes to my diet starting soon . i want my cycles back ,so would love give vitex a go. Does it work? I am new to this so why do they say not ovulation test.??

Lots of ppl swear by Vitex. Worth a try. LH tests don't always work BC some women with PCOS have constantly elevated LH, so they'll get multiple positives. So the test is working properly it's just that your body doesn't ovulate with The constantly high LH, that's one of the symptoms actually.
