sore and cracked nipples! 😭

Hello! My LO is 12 days old and I've been pumping my milk and bottle feeding her as she has latching issues. The downside of it is, my nipples are all way too swollen, cracked, chapped. It hurts me every time I pump though I keep the suction to a bare minimum. I'm using nipple soothing cream but it doesn't help much... can anyone suggest good nipple soothing pads or anything? Did anyone find proper relief? Please advice! Any help is appreciated.... 😭😓
