Omg the heartburn!

Does anyone else's heartburn cause chest pains? I'm trying to figure out if that's what's causing the chest discomfort bc my Dr said it could do that. But I'm also paranoid that I'm having chest pains for some other reason. But damn I can't eat anything without getting heartburn or some sort of indigestion. I haven't had this problem up until this week. For the most part it doesn't go up into my throat. It did a little bit today but not bad. Mostly it's just in my belly and sitting right in my chest, preventing me from eating or drinking. I've been eating tums but I'm maxed out for today. Beyond maxed out :/ so I bought some pepcid. I pray it works bc I need to eat. These hunger pains are a bitch
