acid reflux at 34 weeks?

Acid reflux has just started 🙁. I constantly feel like I'm going to throw up. How are people dealing?

I get it a lot and Tums used to work for me but no longer do. I actually found that eating pickles and drinking a couple tablespoons of the juice takes it away instantly and lasts for quite awhile!

Get ranitidine from the store. I have 150mg doses and I take one in the morning and one at night. I used Tums until it got so bad they didn't work. Ranitidine is the same stuff that's in Zantac, so it's perfectly safe.

Mine just started too :/ makes my chest hurt. Tums work but only for a little bit. I bought pepcid and it's been ok. Try saltine crackers. Bc it's made with baking soda, it's supposed to help.

I drink a glass of milk and eat vanilla Greek yogurt and a slice of bread of the first 2 don't work

I've had it my entire pregnancy (33w) and it sucks. But I got the okay from my OB to take omeprozole so I don't pop tums like tic-tacs

Yeah just chowing down on Tums. I tried to get different flavors because I'm getting sick of them. It's brutal. 😢
