I break out a little bit more since getting the mirena but it's not too bad.

I had mild acne when I went off my pill, then it got bad when I went on the Mirena and now a few months in its balanced out and it's mild again. But I've always had acne so I'm not sure how I'm ever going to get rid of it.

My acne got better. Not that I had much to start with.
