Kinesio-tape for back and pelvic pain

Kinesio-taping for pelvic and back pain has seriously made a HUGE difference for me.(I'm 32.3 weeks) I tape from just above my pubic bone (bottom side of the bump) and pull with 50% stretch on both sides to about 1.5 inches above my hip bones on my sides. Seriously improving sleep and decreasing pain. Just wanted to share in case this could help someone else! :) kind of like this pic below except I just did one long strip like the lower one.
