Energy drinks have a LOT of caffeine in them and the majority of them print right on them "don't consume when pregnant". A baby's body is not developed enough to process high amounts of caffeine, it's hard on their tiny hearts. I would never ever risk my baby for an energy drink. They are bad enough for adults.

Just drink a cup of coffee. You're only allowed 200 mg of caffeine and energy drinks are unsafe and have more than just caffeine. It's very rare, but you can miscarry if you have too much caffeine. That's so awful and so bad for baby. 💔
