a little worried, help?

So I'll try to make this as short as possible but I'm pretty stressed about having sex with a guy last week and here is why:

Okay, so first off this is the first guy I have had sex with in 8months and before him was my long term boyfriend. We had sex with a condom and I didn't pee immediately after so a couple of days later it really hurts to pee, but also whenever I pee my labia burn like a bitch, my vagina is pretty swollen, it hurts to sit and when anything rubs up against my labia near the south side, it hurts like a bitch. 

I went to the doctor and she confirmed my uti and I also asked for a panel of sti. They are coming back in like a week but I'm so freaking nervous that I have something. I asked the guy and he said he doesn't have anything but he has been known to sleep around in the past. 

I don't really have any other symptoms besides the swollen vaginal area, no itchiness, I had fevers but I assumed that was due to the uti. My Perenium and vaginal opening are barely touchable. There are no warts or lesions that I can see.

Please help?!
