(tmi) Should I go to a dermatologist for my acne

Ok ok Yeah I realize this has nothing to do with this app. Lol but I'm going to post a picture of my face yes I have acne and yes it's gross That's why I put tmi in the picture. I wash my face everyday and night and my acne just gets worse and worse to the point where I'm embarassed to go to school and stuff and I am wondering if you guys really think it's that bad to where I should to do a dermatologist to get medicine to make my acne go away
