Any one else having problems with constipation? What have you tried? Has it worked? I'm in agony over here!!!! Sorry if it's tmi

Colace is an approved stool softener to help with constipation. Also drink a ton of water and eat more fiber rich foods.

Try 2 teaspoons of citracel each morning. It's worked my whole Pregnancy and I'm almost 39'weeks 🎉

Milanta is a gift from the pregnancy gods. It's not specifically for constipation but it gets rid of the stomach ache and gas that make constipation so bad in the first place. And while it's not actually a stool softener it's always worked for me for that anyway
