breastfeeding & periods
When did your period come back and was it regular? My daughter is going on 7 months and I had my first postpartum period about 5 weeks ago. She has started solids but her main source is still breast milk (I pump at work).
What was your experience? Were they erratic? If so, how long did it take to get back to normal?
