Okay someone help me understand. What do braxton hicks feel like??? What are they supposed to be? I've been told your whole stomach will tighten. But that doesn't happen to me, I just get regular menstrual like cramps in my lower belly area. Are those still considered braxton hicks or??? I know this app gives you both a cramp selection and braxton hick selection to choose from in your log so I'm really confused as to what the difference is.

Just curious because I'm 35 weeks tomorrow and I've been having what feels like the regular period cramps on and off the last few days. They give off a burning sensation and they get really uncomfortable.
