meeting other moms?

Question

I moved to a new area with my so.. Lately I've been so depressed . I've been feeling so lonely . I'l spend almost all day and night alone . My husband has been working a lot and don't see him much . I didn't have that many friends to begin with and now I practically lost touch with everyone .

I'm 28weeks pregnant  FTM but also A stay at home mom ( even tho baby isn't here yet  )
and just wondering what are ways to meet other moms in my local area? I live in south Florida .

I'm in a similar situation. Don't have family in the area and most of my good friends have moved away. I've been trying to join some weekly activities- I've loved yoga class. I've also joined a church group where there are lots of women who are moms. Just want to encourage you because I know it's tough. It  gets better!

Try meetup.com it has a ton of different groups in a bunch of areas. All kinds for moms. My mom joined after a divorce just to keep busy. She loved the people she met.  Good luck!
