teething?

I think my almost 3 month old might be teething he has been extremely irritable the past two evenings drooling allot Rosey cheeks eating his hands non stop and not a big appetite! Is it possible to teeth this young? Anyone else experiencing this or has had baby and know the symptoms.  Anxiously awaiting a callback from advice nurse but wondering...

Mine too but it's been going on longer. My pediatrician said he's not teething but I think she's wrong. She told us that he shouldn't cut teeth until six months but he could start teething a few months before. So it's possible.

My 9 week old is teething! So it's possible. She has two little buds coming through at the bottom, really noticeable. Very irritated and when she's lying or sitting in her bouncer she's chewing on her hands. She does it with her dummy and bottle teets too! We give her powders and see to calm her down. Babies can be born with a tooth heard so many stories. They can teeth at any stage.. good luck! It's a stressful experience especially when you can't do anything for them! Lots of cuddles x
