pain relief ???

I've never had an epadrail with any of mine could people please tell me if its worth it ?

Plenty of people will say yes, and some will say it didn't work.

Personally that's the only thing in my "birth plan". No point in making one since everything can change in a second, but one thing that WILL happen is me getting that epidural lol It worked well with everyone I know, and I have no urge to do it without pain killer.

You may just end up making the decision yes or no as you're in labor, but personally I think it's totally worth it and a lot of times the only thing you feel is a pinch from the numbing shot, and then pressure and that's it
