What all do you need for breastfeeding?

I'm going crazy on making lists just to make sure I'll have everything by the time baby gets here.

Breastfeeding pump 
Nursing pads
Nipple cream
Nursing cover 
Nursing pillow
Collection bags
Bottles 
Nursing bras

Anything else?

Shields are a life saver, even if you just use them sparingly, they give your nips a bit of a break and a chance to heal especially if they're cracked or bleeding. Also tops that are easy for nursing - when i got pregnant i got all these nice maternity tops. Only to find they were all hard to breastfeed in. Anything that can unbutton is good, spaghetti strap singlets which pull down easy, tops with a loose neckline you can pop your boob over... doesn't have to be made for breastfeeding.

Lansinoh has these AWESOME hot/cold breast gel packs, I found them at target. I wouldn't say necessary, but omg, so worth it. You will want nursing tanks as well!
