low amniotic fluid?

I'm 36 weeks today and went to see my midwife, he checked my stomach and said I'm measuring at 32 weeks. I was a little confused cause with my gp has said everything is fine. I told him I had a 34 week ultrasound and it said I was measuring a week and a half bigger! 
He looked into the last ultrasound and said that my amniotic fluid was quite low for how many weeks I was meant to be. I now have to get an ultrasound tomorrow to do another check up. Has this happened to anyone before? I'm not worrying too much about it and I'm glad they arnt taking any Risks, but I just wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else! 😊

Yes I went through it with my son. The last 2 month I had to go every week for a stress test, ultrasound, and a appointment. Until the fluid was to low then I was induced only a couple days before my due date. Now My son is  a healthy 12 year old boy. He was healthy at birth to at 7lbs 5oz .

Yes! Happened with my son. Drink more than enough water to get the fluid back up. My dr told me if it kept going down they would induce me and let me tell you I've never drank so much water lol I was induced with my first and I was not having that pain again lol I wanted to go into labor naturally lol all worked out though!

Drink lots of water! You're fluid is dependent on your fluid intake!

I had borderline low fluid with my son. Found at 36 weeks when I questioned movement. I had an ultrasound every week til delivery. I also increased my fluids ALOT (I bought a big yeti cup and filled it up all day long!) matter of fact the week I did that and was really aware of my fluid intake, I went from an 8 to a 13 on my levels- causing me not to be low anymore!!! So there is truth is the increase water intake (I always cut out coffee and caffeine too)
