I really like this guy at my college and he's a friend of a friend so we see each other around a lot but he's quite quiet usually, but in a reserved and cool kinda way😫 I always see him staring at me but I don't know if it's because he's attracted to me or something else?? Any tips to get him to definitely like me?

I would smile at him when he looks over. It's a small act but it will definitely lead his attention to you a little bit and maybe he will get curious. Or do something like ask him for help. You could ask him where you can find something (a room, object, etc.) even if you know where it is. You could straight up just go talk to him (ps. If you do, be confident the whole time. Guys like that ;)) or if you don't want to come right out, you could just simply give him a compliment. "I like your shirt." Or "your hair looks good today." Or "you smell good, what do you wear?" And then wait for him to do the rest ;)
