preterm labor?

I've had extremely bad back pain since last night around 8. Menstrual like cramps that come and go and diarrhea. I've been waiting on a nurse to call me back for about a half hour now. But I'm nervous, should I go into labor and delivery in case it's early labor? I've never been in this situation and I don't know what to do

I was having the same thing and my doctor said if the pain is constant, lasting more than a few minutes at a time, it's just Braxton hicks contractions. Nothing to worry about unless the pain comes and goes, lasting only a minute or so each time. Hope that helps!

Im in preterm labor risk amd my Dr told to watch for this signs and go

-More than 4 contractions that last 1 minute in an Hr period
_ bloody or brown dishcharge
- leaking

If your having pain that come and go drink water , rest , change activity
