Calcium?
Hello, everyone! 🤓
How are you doing about your calcium intake? I've read that a pregnant lady needs 1000mg a day, and all prenatal vitamins come with around 20 to 25% of what you need, and you're supposed to get the rest from dairy products.
I haven't been standing any kind of cheese, and I just take a little bit of milk.
Is there any brand that you recommend or know it's good?
Btw, I'm 12 weeks pregnant.😊
