Anyone else? Anxiety

I've been doing this weird thing for years where, if my anxiety gets triggered, and I am alone, I feel the need to walk around in circles or pace back and fourth at home. Usually to music. And usually talking to myself in my head and visioning myself in a situation I've never been in. The urge gets pretty strong most days but I don't do it when others are home with me. Anyone else?
