Question about late implantation.

So i was reading about late implantation. And it said somewhere if the egg is alive and fertilized, but hasnt implanted, you may still have a period but that you will moss the next. Ive been very sick.. my period was about a week late. I had what felt like a cyst rupture shortly after glow said i was supposed to ovulate. This is the 4th day of my period, not heavy at all. Could i still be pregnant?
