Clever ways to tell parents you're pregnant?

This will be their first grandkid, and I am wanting to be clever in how I tell them, not just "I'm pregnant." Ideas?

I handed both my parents their shirts and my pappy a little box that had a pacifier and a little note in it. I made them open all 3 at once. I told them it was their fathers day gift but that mom HAD to have a matching shirt with dad so she got a gift too (stuff like that is normal in my family) so they had no idea what was going on. And they were slightly confused with the shirts at first but it really hit them when my pappy pulled out the pacifier. They said it was the best father's day gift they could've ever gotten. Lots and lots of happy tears with my family.

I got my mom a bracelet from khols (it was like 20$) it says grandma on a little charm then other sweet things. I had just got a puppy and engaged so I am soon to officially be a step mom. 
It was so cute watching her run threw being a grandma to my dog. Then for my stepson then she screamed YOUR PREGNANT??

I've seen someone have a little gift box with a baby vest or little outfit in and a note at the bottom saying "only the best parents get promoted to grandparents" it was so sweet xx

I wish I would of done something cute all I did for my mom was text her a picture of all the test ( she lives an hour away and was driving) and with my husbands mom who lives like 15 minutes away I put all the test on the coffee table and put prenatal by them and it took her a minute to understand what was happening but his grandma came over a day before I found out and told her I was pregnant because I had the glow already .. and I didn't even know ! Lol

My mom and sister are big workout ppl and my mom is nicknamed momma giraffe from my sisters height so we made her a onesie that had grandma giraffe and a knit giraffe hat
