pregnancy symptoms ???

Question

Don't feel any symptoms of being pregnant except for back pain . I'm worried there is no morning sickness at all . I am 4 weeks pregnant . Is every thing ok ?

I'll be 8 weeks Friday and I still haven't had a single symptom. Just today my boobs have finally gotta slightly tender but not even enough to notice unless I poke at them. Nothing is wrong just try to relax and enjoy. I know it's hard I feel the same way. It's not very reassuring to not feel anything. But you don't want to stress about it either

I'm 8 weeks tomorrow and no symptoms atall. You'll prob get some cramping soon as your uterus grows. But it's nothing to worry about just enjoy it. I know it's hard as I wish for a little sickness or something soo I fell pregnant but dosent seem to be happening. Good luck xxxxx

I didn't really have symptoms that early. I had mild cramping that made me think I was going to get my period but morning sickness, tender breasts, extreme exhaustion and all that didn't start until after week 7.

Count your blessings and be thankful!! You're like me!! But maybe more lucky if you never get sick!! I started getting consistent neasua around 6-8 weeks. Some girls aren't as lucky and are extremely sick and even find it hard to eat. Kick back and enjoy the pregnancy. I'm currently 29 weeks and very uncomfortable!!
