Ask your doctor. But personally. I'd just leave it all alone down there for a while. The extra blood flow from an orgasm does not sound pleasant to me.

It's because your cervix is open and putting anything up there risks infection. It's also why they say not to use tampons, only pads until the bleeding has stopped. So orgasms are ok, and will probably help your uterus to contract.

No penetration.  Sometimes people can bleed out after pregnancy if you have sex too soon.  Usually the no sex time period is 6-10 weeks.

I seen this crazy story on here not to long ago about this ladies sister not waiting the 6weeks to have sex, she started bleeding like crazy she had to be rushed to the hospital nearly lost her life because she didn't wait. Soooo after reading that it is definitely all the motivation I need to wait. I would definitely ask your doctor about it to get all the information before risking anything.
