Is it normal to feel light cramps?

I am 26 weeks tomorrow and a few mornings this week once i woke up my stomach felt very light cramping. Could be hunger or gas i suppose.....is this common?

If your uterus feels really hard when it's happening, it might just be Braxton-Hicks contractions 🙂
