BBT RISE? Pregnant? Too soon to tell?

Hi guys, looking for advice! First ever month tracking bbt and it's been on a slow rise. I'm due on AF 10/6 and it's just getting higher. I've tested but so far getting BFN. Any insight/advice? All temps taken within same 15mins (upon waking,7:30am,trying not to move around too much)
