Okay so I am determined to get at least 85% and up in all my classes so that's like a B to A/A+. I just have to get my 74% grade up in history. I am a sophomore in HS and have a GPA of 2.9 because I slacked freshman year. If I keep my grades up like this will my GPA go up so I can get scholarships? I'm desperate to go to college so I can live a decent life, my parents didn't save up for me and for ~other~ reasons will excommunicate me from their religion.

Please give advice on what else I can do? Thanks
