Am i in early Labor???

So I'm 38 weeks and 2 days.  tonight ive started getting regular period like cramps moderate pressure pain I also feel the pressure in my colen. I never have cramps or anything. .do u think its a sign my body is in early Labor?

My contractions started off like that but went to my back the more intense they got (not everyone has a back labour) . Call your midwife/ doctor if you can and see what they say, if they don't ease up or become more intense when you walk around then youre most likely in labour. You could also try squatting or bounce on a birthing ball and see if they get intense/ regular. Good luck mumma

It could be early labor, but the best thing to do for yourself is lay down, put your feet up (literally up, above head level), drink a SHIZ ton of water (getting up to pee when you have to), and stay like that and try to relax. Maybe watch a few tv shows or a movie or something and do your best to not pay too much attention to the cramps - hopefully they will go away/die down soon, and hopefully baby will stay in and grow for some more time ❤

If you have any thoughts that you could be going into labor go to the hospital. I went like 5 times before I was really in labor. Better safe than sorry. Good luck.
