I'm still getting it in waves... I think I have some sort of PTSD because the first month was so excruciating. When I think about it I relive all those emotions all over again 😖

So I was feeling super great like the clouds parted and things were getting easier!!!! And then the last couple days I've been feeling so down all over again, went to the store while baby stayed home w dad and I didn't want to go home. In the last couple days I started my new birth control that's supposed to be okay for breastfeeding. I don't know if that's the cause but I'm quitting taking them immediately bc I feel so moody and I was getting frustrated w my baby 😓😓😓.

I am having such a hard time. My beautiful son has reflux, food allergies, and torticollis. The poor thing is so miserable and it means none of us are sleeping. It's put such a strain on my relationship with my husband and sometimes I just feel like I'm drowning. Nothing seems to help my baby. He's three months now and it's not getting any easier like everyone promised it would. I feel like maybe I wasn't cut out to be a Mom.
