I'm 21 weeks pregnant and I feel like a 90 year old woman. My hips and sciatic pain is dibilitaing!! 😭. I have been going to weekly chiropractor appts and my husband is nice enough to massage my bum for me. I remember this hurting the first time around but I don't know if I remember it starting at 4.5 months prego. Anyone else experiencing this and have any ideas for relief?
