10 days late ? Warning maby tmi ?

Ok usualy cycle is 30 days and usualy pritty regular . Right now im on cd 40 . Had a few drops spoting sept 20-21 . And took a pregnancy test yesterday of cores BFN. Could i still be pregnant ??? How long untill a possible positive or AF ??? havnt been stressed . i sleep like its my hobbie . And after 2 years ttc realy just gave up thinking if it happens it happens. Im 23 .
