Reality is that there's no safe zone throughout the entire pregnancy.
Women misscarry at 4, 8, 12, 16, 18, 22, 24, 26 weeks... women carry full term 40 weeks and have a stillbirth. 
Instead of worrying, just try ur best to take ur vitamins , eat right, drink lots of water, do some yoga and stay as stress free as u can..beyond that. .not much u can do..

Unfortunately there is no safe zone although once they find the heartbeat chances of miscarriage goes down quite a bit. Just stay positive and enjoy yourself. Both my pregnancies have been so stressful and awful that I can't even be happy. No one should feel like that.

You're safe when baby is 18 and graduated from high school. Even then you'll probably still worry.

That's tough. I felt safe after 8 weeks when we had a strong heartbeat. Just to miscarry the next week. You can lose the baby at any point up until birth but your chances get less and less. Do your best to enjoy pregnancy no matter what! If you constantly worry it'll ruin the experience.
