I hate when people say "are you sure there is only 1 in there"

This is me today 17 weeks. Yesterday someone I know says to me "are you sure there is only 1 in there".... Who else thinks this is rude? I took it as "wow you look really fat for 17wks". I think this is just one of those things that you never say to a woman who is expecting.
