breast pump ordering online??

Has anyone ever used this website to order a breast pump through their insurance? Opinions? Can I trust it?

Edgepark was the distributor for my insurance. I couldn't get the online to work for me so I had to call them. They called my doctors office to get the prescription and I had my pump in hand the very next day. With the pump there was a former to sign saying the could charge my insurance. The charge has since showing up on my insurance claims.
