Cervix Check

I went in for my ob appointment today after last week bleeding for no reason. Baby is in position and they told me baby could come at any time. I haven't bled since last Thursday. I have had contractions on and off since then and have been in a lot of pain. Skip to today, my cervix hasn't changed much but I am a half cm dilated. After he checked I started to bleed again. Any advice? I filled one panty liner but it seems to be slowing down.
