I honestly still can't believe it happened. Poor baby was crying because he was hungry and I was trying to fix the Internet box. Once I got done I started walking down the stairs and slipped. I fell straight on my back, I don't even know how it happened but I felt my baby slip from my arms and when my eyes finally opened I saw him sliding head first down the stairs... thank God there was a blanket in his way and I was able to grab him just four stairs from the bottom. I couldn't breathe I was so scared to death and I couldn't stop sobbing and saying I was sorry to my baby. I have never felt so helpless in my entire life, thankfully my son is ok and with some comfort nursing is back to being a happy baby. I'm still in shock, my baby is supposed to be safest in my arms and I couldn't even keep him from slipping out of my arms 😔 I can't stop picturing his face when I finally opened my eyes. Please tell me I'm not the only mommy who has had an accident like this 😭
