I think I've been missing my REAL fertile window!!!

Ok so I need some help! My fiancée and I are a lesbian couple. She is going to carry. So we've been tracking ovulation through OPKs for about a year. More recently, her cycles have been about 30 days. When we first started tracking cycles were around 38 days. We were also using the Clearblue Advanced Digital OPKs the entire time. Sept 14 we decided to inseminate because we "thought" we were within fertile window (according to glow) but OPKs only showed blinking smileys, no solids for 9 days. Fiancée got AF 10 days later! So we have decided to wait until November to try again but still track. Continuing to test this month we started using First Response ovulation tests and test a few days after AF. Today is CD11 and Glow is showing my fertile window isn't due until Oct. 11 to 17. But the OPKs seem to be clearly positive. Should we test all month to see if these are false positives? Has anyone been through this? Glow also won't change the fertile window  and next period isn't being estimated by the app anymore. Idk what to do!?!?!
