oatmeal
I'm 3months pregnant. The past few day I've been craving oatmeal, pretty healthy, right? So my question is it healthy enough to have oatmeal as my breakfast and lunch? I put berries on top and some peanut butter for protein. I call them my pb&j oats. Not purposely trying to restrict my food or anything it's just that's what I'm in the mood for lately
