Yes my first symptom was being sleepy all the time then emotional at only 4-5 weeks

I took a pregnancy test on CD26 & it was negative. From CD27 onwards I knew something was up because I had a terrible headache & I couldn't get out of bed at the usual time (I never sleep in).

What do you mean by straight after conception? I'm not sure how soon after you're asking about.
But as for me, symptoms hit immediately at 4 weeks!

I knew 48 hours later (I just felt really really funny) but had to wait two weeks before I could take a hpt.
