Did my water break?? 19 weeks and woke up with wet pants.

I'm embarrassed to post this, but I'm 19 weeks pregnant and just woke up with very wet pajama pants. (the bed wasn't wet, only my pants) I don't know if I peed myself, or if my my water spontaneously broke. Any other moms experience this? I'm kinda freaking out because I usually recall having to pee, even in my sleep.

I had this happen at 23 weeks, I was at work and I got a gush of fluid. I got so scared, but I went into L&D and they ran a test on the fluid and it wasn't amniotic fluid. The doctor told me it was just a sudden change in my cervial mucus. You should always go get checked out when there is a leakage in fluid, pain, or bleeding.

At 19 weeks, you should probably go in and let them test as well as do a scan to make sure all is well. If your water broke, you still have WEEKS before baby can safely arrive. Call soon.

Probably baby kicked ur bladder Hun. My daughter did this. I woke up exactly the same and freake out went to dr n they checked me over and turned out she had booted my bladder n I had peed lol. X
