is it time or no ???

Around 12:25 am I woke up after 2 hours of sleep, I couldn't go back to sleep so I stayed up. Around 2:15 I had a bowel movement then sat on the couch and watched tv. 2:22 am I started getting painful tightening which I paid no mind at first but it was happening about every 2-3 minutes. I called into my doctor and he told me to head into the hospital to see if I'm in labor. I get here and I'm checked I'm still 1 1/ 2 cm. They give me juice, pictcher of water, and IV fluids and tell me I might be dehydrated so now I'm just peeing like a race horse and waiting for the doctor to come in to check me again to see if it's any Change. I'm going to be pissed if they send me home because these contractions are painful , every 3 minutes and I'm over due 2 days I'm just ready to meet my son. If this isn't true labor then idk what is 😩😩
