symptoms come and go?

I am 7 weeks pregnant and I woke up this morning feeling completely normal.. I know I'm paranoid, but because this is my first and I'm 31, I just want to make sure. Basically since I found out my boobs have been super full and painful, and I've had some belly bloat.. today my boobs feel back to normal and it seems like the bloat is gone. I have had any spotting so I'm sure things are fine, I just wanted to make sure this was normal..? Thanks for any responses. #nervousnewmommy
