Placenta Previa

Would anyone mind sharing their experience ?

I'm pretty anxious. I found out at my 20 week scan that the placenta is very close to my cervix. Not 100% covering it, but where they would consider a c-section required. It totally throws off my 'plan'. How far in advance have you all planned your c-section? At how many weeks do they typically take the baby ( I know they try to avoid going into labor naturally). I don't have a follow up apt until 10/31 and I'm trying to figure out what to expect.
