Grilling

Hello ladies, do you all know anything about grilling while pregnant? I want to grill some chicken outside, but I'm scared it might not be safe to inhale. It's a charcoal grill so I don't know if the carbon monoxide is a danger or what. I would be covering my nose at least while lighting the charcoal, but I just want to know if anyone knows anything. ?????
